We try to make ordering products from The Gibson Girl as fast and easy as possible. When you have finished looking at all our yummy purses and have an idea of what Gibson Girl item you would like, just give us a call at 703.307.0646. Payment
We happily accept your personal check payable to Jillian Clark Gibson.
Pricing and Special Orders
Prices indicated are for purses shown as is. We will also work with you on any special orders so if you have a specific outfit you wish to accessorize, or a particular fabric of your own, please give us a call to discuss.
Our bridal bags are predominantly customized so we'll work with you and your budget to design a purse for you or members of your bridal party.
The Process
Because each of our Gibson Girl purses is personally handcrafted, we will not begin cutting the fabric until we have received your check. We will notify you via email once the check has been received; please allow 14 business days from the day we email you for us to produce and ship your order; we will also notify you by email once your purse has shipped. If there will be a delay in that time frame, we will contact you by email or by phone. If you need your purchase more quickly, please call and we'll try to accommodate you. Quantities are limited to stock on hand. Because of the unique nature of most of the fabrics we use, we may have limited amounts of a particular fabric and we reserve the right to substitute a 100% silk fabric of similar color and design. However, we will never make a fabric substitution without letting you know in advance. Returns
If you are not satisfied with any product purchased from The Gibson Girl, simply return the unused item with all tags attached within 10 days of receipt. We'll issue you a full refund, less the cost of shipping and handling. Please let us know via email if you are returning an item and please give us an explanation of the reason for the return.
Sales tax
5% required for Virginia residents and orders shipped within Virginia.
Shipping
$15 flat fee for all ground shipments (including handling costs) which, in most cases, will get your purse to you within just a few days. If you need the purse more quickly, we ship via 2-day UPS for $22.50 and by overnight UPS for $30.
